OSHA 300A forms must be posted by February 1
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) mandates that all employers who are required to maintain the OSHA Form 300A must post the form by Feb. 1. Form 300A is a summary of all the injuries that occurred in the previous year.

The summary must be posted in a visible location where notices to employees are commonly posted from Feb. 1 to April 30. OSHA requires Form 300A to be posted even if no incidents occurred in the previous year.

Employers who had more than 10 employees at any time during the preceding calendar year are required to complete the OSHA injury and illness recordkeeping forms, unless they qualify for a low-hazard industry exemption.
